"This was such a fantastic experience and I hope for it to inspire young women to live life on their own terms and not be defined by other people's perception or limitations," she said.

"I have overcome alot in my short life and I want to share for the first time my feelings and perspective on all aspects of it. This is a deeply personal, truthful and honest account of many things that have happened to me. Life is nothing but chapters and this is me closing the door on many."

Kelly, 34, began her modelling career at the age of sixteen, going on to present TV shows, appear on Strictly Come Dancing, launch her own swimwear range and star in Hollywood TV shows and movies. She's currently over in LA working on a new sitcom.

As well as her professional life, her personal life has been hugely scrutinised over the years, thanks to high profile relationships with the likes of Jason Statham, Billy Zane, Thom Evans and, most recently, fiancé David McIntosh.

She's also known for her (amazing) body and curves, which have seen her top polls of both sexiest woman in the world and the woman whose body most other females really want.

As well as experiencing plenty of highs over the past few years, the starlet has suffered heartbreak as well.

She lost her father while she was competing on Strictly in 2007 and tragically miscarried a child four years later.
