The former TOWIE star says she's devastated about the recently unearthed six-second footage, claiming she was completely unaware that she'd even been filmed at her home in Epping, Essex.
Lauren, 28, told The Sun on Sunday: "I've got no control over the situation I am in. I feel powerless. My private life has been invaded in the most horrible way."
It's been reported the clip was taken from Lauren's ex-boyfriend Jake McLean's mobile phone. They were together for two years before splitting.
Lauren says she doesn't believe Jake deliberately leaked the video, which is now circulating via text, email and WhatsApp. He has confirmed it came from him but has not commented further.
The video began spreading online last week and Lauren learned of it after friends began calling her. She says the video clip had her mobile phone number attached which meant dozens of messages from complete strangers.
Lauren told the newspaper she dreads having to explain the video to any future boyfriends - and hopes her family never come across it.
"I didn't make a sex video like Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton. I'm a grown woman and I've not done anything illegal. Also, it was my ex-boyfriend who I was with for two years – not some random bloke. But I still feel dreadful."
The video emerged as Lauren prepares to leave the UK for LA.
She's heading to the sunshine of California for a few months, although hasn't revealed exactly what she'll be doing over there.
