Nanny Pat has been helping Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan move into their new Essex home.

Proving once again that she's the coolest grandmother in Essex, the TOWIE favourite was pictured cracking on with some ironing at the couple's brand new pad today.

Mark tweeted a photo of his nan hard at work with the caption: "My Nanny Pat is round ironing the sheets. She insists to help with the moving in so I poured her a nice cold beer."

We want a Nanny Pat in our lives!

Engaged couple Mark and Michelle moved into their dream home in Essex earlier this week, following a lengthy wait between finding the perfect house and getting that move in date.

The gorgeous pair are setting up home together round the corner from Mark's family, which means Michelle is uprooting from Manchester, where she'd been based while filming Coronation Street.

Back in February, Mark said: "We have virtually bought a house now. It's going through at the moment. It feels good. It's another step in life and exciting. We have to leave each other all the time [right now] and we do miss each other. It's depressing until we get back together. When she finally comes down for good I won't have to go through that again."

But the move took longer than they'd expected.

In May, Michelle said: "I've not moved down yet. He keeps saying two weeks, but that was three months ago! It's taking ages for the house to go through but I am moving down."

Mark and Michelle became engaged in Dubai last September, and reportedly plan to wed in the UK early next summer.
