TOWIE bosses have today confirmed that James, aka Lockie, will be back on our screens after being handed a conditional discharge for possession a Class C drug.
Last week, Lockie appeared in court and escaped prison after pleading guilty to possessing horse tranquilliser ketamine. Along with his conditional discharge, he was also ordered to pay £85 costs.
Speaking to The Sun, a TOWIE spokesperson confirmed that he has been allowed to return to the show.
"After being suspended without pay James Lock will return to TOWIE following his conditional discharge," the rep said.
Sources have also told how James' good behaviour played a part in the decision, adding that no drugs were found in his system when he was arrested.
Reality star James was charged with possession of drugs in April following an incident in Dagenham in Essex in February.
As a result, TOWIE bosses suspended him pending the outcome of last week's court case and James missed out on the cast's trip to Marbella in June.
James has been keeping up with all of the action though, and watched Harry Derbidge beg Bobby Norris for forgiveness in Wednesday night's episode.
Following the show, he tweeted: "I think he's sorry @BobbyCNorris #TOWIE. Let him prove it Bob!"
