Kate Middleton, 32, was all smiles as she arrived at Islington on Tuesday morning (1 July) wearing a Goat belted shift dress and nude heels.
While the bold shade and modern design highlighted Kate's simple sophistication, she looked equally stunning with her tousled brunette hair draped over her shoulders.
Kate made the visit to check the progress of M-PACT Plus, a school-based project to address addiction in families, which she launched in Manchester last year.
Excited pupils waved numerous St George's Cross flags and even presented Kate with a bouquet of pink roses as she was greeted at the entrance.
A beaming Kate stopped to chat to the young pupils before making her way inside to meet those helped by the project.
Kate will chat to project co-ordinators and school head teachers, including charities Place2Be and Action on Addiction, before joining a private counselling session.
Liverpool comedian John Bishop is accompanying Kate on today's visit as an ambassador for Comic Relief, which helps to fund the project.
In a letter released last year, the Duchess wrote: "Those affected by addiction are in desperate need of the highest level of care and treatment; Action On Addiction delivers this brilliantly.
"Whether direct or indirect, the impact of addiction can be devastating. It affects millions of people."
