The TOWIE favourite was dressed for the summer day in white skinny jeans, wedges and a vibrant yellow top - and looked fantastic!
Gemma was out and about shortly after telling BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour that rather than jumping on a fad diet bandwagon, she's been exercising and eating right to lose weight and improve her health and in six weeks has gone from a size 24 to nearly a size 18.
"I've been slowing down, exercising and I haven't touched processed foods for six weeks, and I've never felt better," she said.
"I have gone from a size 24 and I'm probably about five pounds away from being back in an 18. For me, it's a massive achievement."
Fashion designer Gemma said she was inspired to lose weight to improve her health and after watching her beloved mum battle rheumatoid arthritis, which made it difficult for her to lose weight because of the pain.
"My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and she carries a lot of weight. I always say, 'Mum, you need to lose weight' but she finds it hard as she's in so much pain. I haven't had children yet which is something I'd love to do. I have a lot of life in me still and things I want to achieve."
"It's for my health and seeing my mum so ill," she added. "Do I want that life for myself? No I don't. I do believe women can be bigger and beautiful and if you feel good that's the main thing. For me, I feel better being a bit slimmer."
Gemma was on the show to speak about her hugely successful plus size fashion range, which recently saw her named Editor's Choice at the Reveal Online Fashion Awards.
As well as working on her fashion collection and running her Essex boutique, the reality star is now back to filming TOWIE, with the brand new series starting later this month.
