The 'Drunk In Love' singer posted a sweet message to Instagram on Saturday, 24 May, shortly after Kim and Kanye married at the Fort Belvedere in Florence, Italy.
"Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional love. God bless your beautiful family," said Beyoncé.
As well as congratulating the newlyweds, Beyoncé's message was surely intended to slam those persistent rumours that she's no fan of Kim and had been reluctant to attend the wedding.
It had been speculated that Beyoncé and husband Jay Z would be among the guests in Florence this evening, and that Jay Z would even stand as Kanye's best man, but Bey and Jay are in the Hamptons right now, rather than Italy.
Beyoncé's message via Instagram to Kim and Kanye, however, appears to contradict the slew of suggestions that their absence was in any way intended as a snub. Previous reports had claimed Bey and Jay had declined an invite as they didn't want to be filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Perhaps Queen B was also shooting down rumours that she'd highlighted this apparent 'snub' by posting a new selfie to Instagram while the wedding was taking place.
It's not the first time Beyoncé has publicly sent her well wishes to the couple. In June 2013, she celebrated the birth of their daughter North West by posting on her official website: "Congratulations Kim & Kanye, enjoy this beautiful moment together."
Although there are frequently rumours about Bey and Kim's relationship, Kim insisted last year that it couldn't be further from the truth.
"It's so not true. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She's so sweet," Kim told US radio show Sway in the Morning.
"I have no idea where these things come from. We've never even talked about it. It doesn't even come up in conversation, probably because they get so many ridiculous stories brought to them every day with things that are true and not true. And vice-versa."
