The 26-year-old bassist was asked about his love life during the Fearne and.... McBusted documentary, which aired on ITV2 last night (21 May).
Fearne Cotton asked: "And you're in a happy relationship now?"
"Yeah, all is good in that area as well," said Dougie. "I don't know how much I like talking about it, but yeah, all is good. All is very, very good."
Dougie, who was crowned King of the Jungle in 2011 after winning the eleventh series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, kept tight-lipped about details of their relationship, insisting he likes to keep things private.
Fearne then asked Dougie if he kept their romance a secret because he wanted to keep his relationship out of the public eye.
"I haven't really thought about it too much," said Dougie. "It's just a no brainer. It's just normal. It's whatever anyone else is getting up to."
Earlier this week, Dougie and 'Starry Eyed' singer Ellie were spotted walking hand-in-hand during a shopping trip in Manchester.
The couple actually fuelled rumours of a romance from earlier this year after being spotted together on numerous occasions, but they always claimed they were friends.
During the documentary, Dougie also opened up about his stint in rehab. The second part of Fearne and.... McBusted continues tonight (Thursday 22 May) at 9pm on ITV2.
