The actress, who plays Kylie Platt in the long-running ITV soap, described the day as the "best of her life".
Posting a picture-perfect photo of her big day yesterday (17 May), Paula wrote the touching message: "Yesterday was the best day of my life everyone made our wedding so special and the weather was spectacular. Cheers everyone! So so happy xx."
She and long-time partner Tom Shaw tied the knot at Leeds Cathedral, surrounded by friends and family - including Paula's mum Anne Werritt who walked her into the venue.
Her co-stars Jack P Shepherd, Ben Price, Jane Danson and Catherine Tyldesley were all there to help Paula celebrate her big day, followed by a reception at Rudding Park, a beautiful country house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
The couple have been dating for 11 years since meeting at Huddersfield Tech, when Paula was 17.
Paula, now 28, looked gorgeous in a vintage white satin gown and is beaming from ear to ear in all the pictures posted on Twitter by friends.
Fellow co-star Catherine Tyldesley also took to social media to congratulate Paula.
She wrote: "A beautiful day for a beautiful friend :-) (...) @lane_paula stunning day. You looked out of this world babe. Love u to tiny pieces xxxxx."
Meanwhile, former Corrie star Katherine Kelly - who played Paula's onscreen sister Becky - sent her best wishes in a tweet saying: "@lane_paula congratulations!!! What a stunning bride! Wish I could have been there. Now have a blissful honeymoon! Love you xx."
