While Kanye has been spending time in Florence, Kim spent yesterday in New York City at the NBC Universal Upfronts, promoting her TV series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She was photographed jetting back to LA this morning but will be back at the airport soon to travel to Europe.
Kim and Kanye became engaged in October 2013 when Kanye proposed in front of Kim's friends and family, hiring a baseball stadium just for the occasion.
