After their spat at Ricky Rayment and Jess Wright's Prince and Princesses party on the final episode of TOWIE last month, Ferne says the girls temporarily made up but the reunion was short-lived.
"I bumped into her at a charity party and we got on, it was really weird," Ferne tells us.
"We really had a laugh and put everything that has happened to one side. We had a really good night and had fun. I always thought we'd get on because she seems like my kind of girl - down-to-Earth and not high maintenance.
"But then I heard that she's still been talking about me. She's said that I'm fake and that I act like I think I'm a celebrity.
"I don't know what her problem is...but I'm so in the mind-set of not bothering about people who haven't got time for me and are going to go around talking about me."
And Ferne says that what happens off camera always finds a way of getting back to her too...
"Don't try and be my best friend when you're going to talk about me the morning after!"
Yet despite their fall-out, Ferne doesn't seem to have any plan of a reconciliation anytime soon and says that Fran's opinions are 'irrelevant' to her.
"[Her comments] aren't hurtful when she is so irrelevant to me. If it was my best friend or my mum [saying those things] then that would be hurtful. But I just think "who are you to say that about me?"
There's certainly no love lost between these two!
