Yep, Cheryl is BACK!
The former Girls Aloud singer is among the seriously star-studded lineup of artists announced for the 21 June concert at Wembley Stadium, London.
Does this mean we might be hearing new music from Cheryl before then?! Or will she be treating us to some old classics ahead of her X Factor return?!
Either way, bring it on!
We do know she's been back in the studio lately working on a follow up to her A Million Lights album, which was released in summer 2012.
We'd kind of been expecting her to make her big musical comeback on X Factor later this year but looks like Cheryl fans will be seeing her a lot sooner than that!
The starlet delighted her fans in March by announcing her return to X Factor. She left her judging role on the ITV show in 2011 to join the US version, where she was sacked just a few days into the job. That's all water under the bridge now, and she's reunited with Simon Cowell again. The identities of the other judges have yet to be revealed.
Cheryl is joining a pretty fab lineup for Summertime Ball, including Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams, who will headline the event.
"I love the girls and I enjoy coming to England. The Summertime Ball…. I mean, come on, it's going to be unreal!" said Pharrell.
Other artists include Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora and her DJ boyfriend Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Jessie J, Union J, Ellie Goulding and Enrique Iglesias.
Rita said: "I can't wait to get back into it. I've literally just put the band into rehearsal as we speak. I haven't been on stage in a while, so I'm looking forward to it."
Cheryl's fellow X Factor stars Little Mix will also perform, alongside hot new act 5 Seconds of Summer, Sam Smith, Duke Dumont, Clean Bandit and The Vamps.
The Capital FM Summertime Ball with Vodafone takes place Saturday, 21 June. Vodafone customers can buy tickets now, with general tickets on sale from tomorrow at 8am.
