'Skyscraper' singer Sam, who is expecting her third child with husband Craig Pearson, blasted the negative comments in a message posted to Twitter last night (5 May).
She said: "To anyone out there that slates me, you're wasting your time.. I'm enjoying my experience, however long it may last. Xx #nicepeople."
Sam, who stormed to victory as winner of The X Factor last year, announced her pregnancy news in March, admitting she found out she was having a third child after taking a pregnancy test in her local ASDA supermarket.
Once sharing the news, Sam explained that her record label and management had been fully supportive, and told fans that her tour - which was scheduled for this year - has been postponed to 2015.
Last week, Sam gave fans an update, saying she had marked 18 weeks of her pregnancy and explained that she was getting "impatient" waiting for her new arrival.
Sam and Craig, who are expecting a baby daughter, are already parents to son Tommy and daughter Brooke. Former prison guard Sam asked her X Factor mentor Sharon Osbourne to be godmother to her unborn child.
Life has been pretty hectic for Sam since winning the ITV talent show last year. She achieved a Christmas number one with debut single 'Skyscraper', performed live with Michael Bolton, supported Beyoncé on tour, showcased her vocals on 'The X Factor Live Tour' and recently scored a number one with her debut album, The Power Of Love.
