The 'We Can't Stop' singer jetted into the capital over the weekend ahead of her concert at the O2 Arena on Tuesday (6 May), and wasted no time in doing a spot of sightseeing with her mum Tish.
Proving she's well on the road to recovery after last month's allergic reaction, the star posed up a storm in Trafalgar Square – adding a typically cheeky Miley touch.
She snapped a selfie in front of the square's giant bird statue, telling followers: 'Big Blue Cock."
The former Hannah Montana star is in the UK after being released from hospital following a severe allergic reaction to medicine she took to help cold symptoms.
Miley had to postpone dates on the US leg of her 'Bangerz' world tour but has recovered enough to travel to the UK to kick off the European dates.
"So f**king xxxited to get back on touuuuuuuurrrrrr," she told followers.
She's feeling so well, in fact, that she managed a celebratory twerk on arrival to her London hotel room, uploading a video of herself dancing like a maniac.

The next day, she enjoyed sightseeing with her mum – including Trafalgar Square and Big Ben.
Miley will play London's O2 Arena tonight before gigs in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Belfast and Dublin.
Discussing her recent illness with Ryan Seacrest last week, she said: "I got sick while I was on the road. I had an ongoing little cough thing so I got some medicine, had to cancel a show as I wasn't feeling good. I felt I had a little flu or cold thing.
"They gave me some medicine for five days and everything was good, but on the sixth day, I just woke up and it was so scary. When you're allergic to something… I was basically poisoning myself with something I didn't know I was really scary allergic to. It was so scary."
