Brooke, 30, will set off tomorrow in Paris, France, and peddle her way to London in an effort to drum up funds for the Ben Kinsella Trust, which combats knife crime.
Once back in the UK, Brooke and her fellow riders will cycle to the Houses Of Parliament where they will be congratulated on their efforts.
Brooke's brother Ben was stabbed to death aged just 16 in 2008 and she and her family have worked tirelessly to prevent other families suffering in the way they have. In 2011, Brooke was awarded an MBE by The Queen for her campaign work.
Earlier today (1 May), Brooke, who played Kelly Taylor in EastEnders, Instagrammed a picture of her cycling vest and energy essentials - a Twix, a KitKat and a flask!
Thanking her sponsors, she said: "On your marks, get set, here we go! I'm ready! Thank you so much @RecogExpress."
Brooke has also posted a picture of her boyfriend "pimping" her bike so it's in tiptop condition for her ride: "Pimping up my bike all ready for the big cycle this Friday. #Paris2London #Bike4Ben," she told her followers.
Good luck, Brooke!
