Gorgeous Jess and her mum were snapped during a training session to prepare for this year's Cancer Research UK Race for Life.
Jess looked sleek and fit in her black and pink gym gear and, um, can we say major hair and make-up envy? If only we looked like that while limbering up for a cardio sesh…
Cementing their status as the closest knit family in Essex, her grandmother Nanny Pat joined in the training session, brandishing a pair of purple pom poms to encourage the women in their workout – and even helping with their sit-ups.
Nanny Pat joked: "We've worked up quite an appetite with that training session... good thing I made some sausage plaits earlier! If an old bird like me can do it, then you can too!
"Get your girls together and sign up now for your local Race for Life event to help kick cancer's butt."
Jessica and her mum Carol will both run the Race for Life, which raises money that goes towards beating more than 200 types of cancer affecting women and men.
"Everyone who takes part in Race for Life is making a huge difference and helping to beat cancer sooner. Why not get your friends and family involved this summer, like us, and tell cancer where to go!" said Jess.
Carol said that she's "so proud" to be supporting Cancer Research UK. "Come on ladies, get involved!" she added.
The Wright family are hoping many other women will join them in this summer's Race for Life, which welcomes women of all ages, shape and fitness level.
