They flew out to Dubai last week with Billie's fiancé Greg Shepherd, 27, and their mum Suzanne Wells, 43.

Sam's weight plummeted to 7st 3lbs after she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, a long-term bowel disorder, but Billie says her sister has now gained a few pounds and and is recovering well.

She said: 'Sam's feeling a lot more confident and has put some weight back on. She doesn't dwell on things.'

And, not surprisingly, Billie - who jointly owns Minnies clothing boutique in Brentwood with her sister - is supporting Sam any way she can.

She said: 'When she's feeling tired and drowsy I tell her to stay in and rest. Her happiness is all I care about.'
