The former TOWIE golden couple were both seen showing their support for the Jog On To Cancer Fundraiser at Kensington Roof Gardens in London on Wednesday (9 April).
Lucy posed for pictures alone outside the venue, while Mario rocked up with his best friend and TOWIE co-star Charlie Sims.
TOWIE fans will know that Lucy, who has left the show, and Mario have quite a history together including break-ups, an engagement, cheating rumours and more.
The other week we even saw Mario chatting about Lucy on an episode of the show, telling his mum they had been in contact lately but he was worried about getting hurt.
"It seems to be a pattern of every two or three months...I'll instigate it. I'll say we won't talk any more blah, blah, blah, and then she'll get in contact," he said.
"Then I get sucked back in, then she'll drop me, I get upset and then normally, what I'll do if I'm honest, is I'll start messaging loads of girls to make myself feel better about it."
Mario's mum replied: "It's not healthy, this Lucy thing. She reels you in and does what she does every time."
Needless to say, Lucy wasn't thrilled by that comment.
And just this week they've been hitting the headlines once again after Lucy admitted she might have given her romance with Mario another go – until she found out he'd been secretly dating another TOWIE co-star, Chloe Sims.
Mario and Chloe dated in secret for about a month until making it public, but broke up only days later after Mario decided he didn't want to risk their friendship or his friendship with Chloe's brother Charlie.
And Chloe has since told Reveal she wouldn't be surprised to know Lucy still had a soft spot for her ex.
"I think she definitely does. There is no woman out there that can deny that they still have some kind of feeling towards their ex. But I did think Mark Wright was her first love," she said.
As for whether she thinks Lucy and Mario would ever reunite, she told us: "I don't know. He's quite firm in saying they haven't got any unfinished business. There has been a lot of water under the bridge and they would both have to be very strong to overcome what they've put each other through. I really don't know whether it would work out for them, but it's a love story and if they did work it out I'd be really happy for them."
