Michelle Keegan is reportedly planning a huge costume party to mark the end of her time on Coronation Street.

The brunette actress has played Tina McIntyre for the past seven years but will exit the soap in a chilling murder plotline later this year.

According to The Sun, the star, 26, is planning to celebrate her time on the show with a massive bash attended by around 100 cast and crew members.

An insider said the theme is "chav/Manchester".

Michelle's time on Corrie is coming to an end...

"It is a wake for Tina but also a leaving party as Michelle is moving away from Manchester," added a source. Michelle is relocating to Essex to live with fiancé Mark Wright, who was born and bred in the area.

Former TOWIE star Mark proposed to Michelle in September 2013 while on holiday in Dubai – which is where their romance began – and are planning a wedding in the UK in summer next year.

Michelle and Mark actually returned to Dubai last month for a romantic holiday (and no doubt to relive that proposal) but it seems their quick jaunt to the sun left a bit of a problem for Mich when it came to filming her final Corrie scenes…

"I've only got four more weeks left on Corrie so it will soon be the death scenes, so I literally need to be as white as a sheet," she told Manchester Evening News. "I'm praying there isn't more sunshine in Manchester in the next few weeks because I'm going to have to stay indoors if there is."
