The Atomic Kitten singer and fiancé George Kay welcomed a daughter over the weekend, but they have yet to release any details about the new arrival including her name.
George broke the news on Saturday night (5 April), tweeting a message to Kerry that read: "Thank you for bringing my beautiful daughter into this world last night! You are both amazing xxxxxxxx (sic)."
Kerry, 33,did not respond to the tweet or post any message of her own, instead sharing the news with her own Twitter followers by simply retweeting George's original post.
This is the fifth child for Kerry but the first for her and George as a couple.
Kerry is already mum to daughters Lily-Sue and Molly from her marriage to ex-husband Brian McFadden, and daughter Heidi and son Max from her marriage to Mark Croft.
'Whole Again' singer Kerry had admitted last month to nerves creeping in ahead of her due date, tweeting on 17 March: "Omg only 3 weeks to go till our little girl gets here... Getting nervous now!! But sooooo excited @mrgsjkay woohoo xxx."
George had replied: "@KerryKatona7 don't be nervous baby, I've got this under control!! Hehe can't wait xxx."
Kerry and George have received congratulatory messages from Kerry's Atomic Kitten bandmates Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon, the latter of which has already met the new arrival.
Liz tweeted: "Well I'm in love, baby Katona/Kay is perfect. I met her finally last night. Well done @KerryKatona7 & @mrgajkay."
Natasha, meanwhile, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child, said: "A huge congrats to @KerryKatona7 & @mrgsjkay on the arrival of their baby girl. Can't wait to get back to uk and get some cuddles."
Kerry and George became engaged in Blackpool in April 2013.
