Xtra Factor presenter Caroline, 34, told the latest issue of Cosmopolitan that she finds the beauty and glamour of 40-something celebrities to be inspiring.
"Kylie's one of the most beautiful people I've met and Gwen Stefani looked incredible when she appeared on X Factor," said Caroline.
"A lot of stars look better now than they did in their twenties. It's exciting that we've got that to look forward to! But the thing is, you can't stop ageing. I loved Cameron Diaz's book when she said it's a privilege getting older."
Cameron published The Body Book earlier this year. It has the tagline, 'Feed, move, understand and love your amazing body' and features the actress' hints and tips on how to achieve the healthiest and best body ever.
As well as chatting beauty, brunette Caroline also spoke about fashion.
The TV presenter is known for having a signature style (think tailored jackets, shorts, effortless chic) and it doesn't look like she's going to change that anytime soon.
"I'm not sure I have body confidence, but I do know how to dress for my shape. I need to wear structured clothes; they give me the shape I want. When it comes to staying in shape, Reformer Pilates is the only exercise I like doing – because you're lying down, it's like exercising in bed!"
As for when she's most chilled out, she said: "To be honest, I'm happiest at home, PJs on, watching TV, knowing I've got hours before bed. Bliss!"
You can read more from Caroline in the May issue of Cosmopolitan, which is available now.
