Lucy has spent the past few months with her co-stars filming the new series of MIC, meaning she's had to see both Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing a lot.
Speaking to FHM, Lucy said: "It can be excruciating seeing your ex after you've broken up. Normally I'd just cut that person out of my life and not speak to them again.
"I knew that I'd have to see Spencer all the time with new girlfriends, and it's really, really hard. With Jamie, I never had as strong feelings for him."
It was recently announced that Made In Chelsea will be returning to our TV screens next week - and it's clearly going to be packed with drama.
Soon after the cameras began rolling, Stephanie Pratt arrived in London, prompting widespread rumours that she will be making a return to the show.
Lucy shouldn't be worried, it's Spencer who should be concerned about filming with exes, as the two girls are now very good friends!
Meanwhile, the new MIC trailer shows that there's trouble in paradise for Binky Felstead and her boyfriend Alex Mytton.
And given their recent Twitter spat, we can definitely expect fireworks between Lucy and Victoria Baker Harber.
Excited? We are!
