The Saturdays announce Greatest Hits album and tour

The Saturdays have announced they're releasing a Greatest Hits album and embarking on a 'Greatest Hits Tour' later this year.

Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, Una Healy, Vanessa White and Frankie Sandford made the announcement on Thursday morning (3 April), also sharing the artwork for their tour.

The Sats will kick off their tour in Glasgow on 7 September, then visit Newcastle, Sheffield, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin, Cardiff, London, Brighton, Bournemouth and Plymouth,

Tickets go on sale Friday, 4 April.

Their Greatest Hits album will arrive in August, featuring three brand new tracks as well as old favourites.

The Saturdays will release their new single, 'Not Giving Up', on 6 April. It's the fifth song to be taken off their most recent album, Living For The Weekend, following 'What About Us', 'Gentleman', '30 Days' and 'Disco Love'.

The group formed in 2008, immediately then supporting Girls Aloud on tour. Their debut single was 'If This Is Love', which reached number eight in the charts. Other hit songs include 'Up', 'Higher', 'All Fired Up', 'Issues' and 'Just Can't Get Enough'.

'What About Us', featuring Sean Paul, was their first UK number one in December 2012.

They've had five albums - Chasing Lights, Wordshaker, Headlines!, On Your Radar and Living For The Weekend - and one reality show, Chasing The Saturdays.
