Orlando Bloom made our hearts melt yesterday by planting a kiss on his squirming son Flynn while accepting his Hollywood Star.

Pirates of the Caribbean actor Orlando was joined by his three-year-old child on Wednesday (2 April) as he accepted an honour on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Sorry, Orlando. You're totally gorgeous and everything but we reckon little Flynn, whose mum is supermodel Miranda Kerr, completely stole the show!

As well as posing alongside his dad, the youngster was seen scrambling all over the star, clutching a carrier bag and looking like he wanted to be picked up while Orlando was giving his speech.

Clearly a born performer!

Canterbury-born Orlando, 37, received the 2,521st star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Since finding worldwide fame in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, he's gone on to star in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and The Hobbit series.

He's also been making his mark on Broadway and the West End and is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.

In 2010, it was revealed that Orlando had secretly married Australian supermodel Miranda a month after they announced their engagement.

They had been friends first before beginning to date in 2007. Orlando had to get her number from her agent as she initially refused to part with it!

Miranda gave birth to their son Flynn in 2011.

In October 2013, Orlando and Miranda stunned fans by announcing their decision to separate but insisted they'd remain amicable and always put Flynn first.

The following month, Orlando told a US TV show: "We love each other. We're a family. We're going to be in each other's lives for the rest of our lives. There's no question that for the sake of our son and everything else, we're going to support one another and love each other as parents to Flynn.

"Life sometimes doesn't work out exactly as we plan or hope for, but we're adults, I'm 36 and now she's 30. We're professionals. We love and care about each other. Most of all, we love our son."
