As one fifth of UK girl group The Saturdays, Rochelle will be a team captain alongside Kiss FM's Melvin O'Doom, while Radio 1 Breakfast Show host Nick Grimshaw will present the show.
"It's like a night off, we have so much fun," Rochelle tells Reveal. "We get in the best comedians and we really do just have a laugh. The show is all about speaking your mind, so it's not about having people who are scared to say things."
Sweat The Small Stuff, which has been commissioned for a third and fourth series, has become a popular forum for celebrities to share their everyday minor annoyances and personal dilemmas.
Speaking about her favourite guests on the show, Rochelle says: "Danny Dyer was one of my favourites. Kelly Osbourne was great and funny too - with about 30 toilet trips! Then there was James Arthur who had a crush on Helen Flanagan. I really tried to make it happen between them but that didn't work. He was really smitten."
The comedy panel show puts celebrity guests through a series of games and questions to draw out what little things really get under their skin, and Rochelle will also be undertaking challenges against Melvin.
For Rochelle, her current sweat is linked to the weather: "My sweat is when people come out with their tops off as soon as the weather is good! And it's never the body that you would want to see. You wouldn't see David Beckham walking around doing it, but these other me think they can! I'm like 'no'!"
'What About Us' singer Rochelle, who welcomed baby daughter Alaia-Mai last year with husband Marvin, says being a mother makes her reconsider what she says on TV.
"I probably sweat because there's some things that I probably shoudn't say on TV now because I have to remember that I'm a mum. I get so carried away because I have my Friday night sweat and go 'woop woop', then I remember that I can't do that. I think to myself, 'you've got a daughter and she will watch this one day'!"
Aside from her TV duties on Sweat The Small Stuff, Rochelle has also been a familiar face on ITV's This Morning, last co-hosting the show with Marvin in February.
Talking about presenting the ITV daytime show, Rochelle explains: "We love doing it. It's nice to see each other more! It's really fun. I do like TV but I'm not sure how we get away with hosting a big show like This Morning, but they seem to like us! We're really, really enjoying it. It's fun."
In the meantime, former JLS singer Marvin is busy co-presenting The Voice UK with Emma Willis and Rochelle thinks he's doing a pretty good job. "You're asking the most biased person ever! I think he's doing great," she says. "Emma's his TV wife now. I like watching them together. I'm really enjoying this series and not just because of Marv because I'm enjoying have Kylie and Ricky on there too."
Sweat the Small Stuff returns on 8th April at 10pm on BBC Three.
