Fashion Police co-host Kelly jumped to Kimye's defence on Tuesday (25 March) after the couple faced backlash over their appearance on the April 2014 cover of the iconic magazine.
Critics suggested reality star Kim hadn't done enough to deserve the coveted cover.
Although Kelly suggested the cover shot was more "prom magazine" than "high fashion", she said people needed to back off Kim and Kanye and not rain on their parade.
"There is no denying that it looks like a really beautiful picture for the cover of prom magazine so I understand why the fashionistas of the world would not like it," wrote Kelly on her official website.
"Regardless of whether or not you think Kim and Kanye are worthy enough be on the cover, it's not your decision to make. I do believe that would be up to Anna Wintour. Vogue would be not be what it is today without her foresight. She knows what she is doing and no one can make her do anything."
Kelly went on to say that she reckoned most people have dreamed at one stage in their lives of gracing the magazine's cover, and nobody should take that dream away from Kimye.
"So back off stop sh***ing on people's dreams that have come true and try for once to be happy for others' success. Stop raining on their parade!"
Kelly, of course, is a friend of Kim's, and was seen attending the reality star's baby shower last year.
