Kourtney Kardashian has shrugged off the controversy surrounding sister Kim's Vogue magazine cover, saying the only reaction she's heard has been positive.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim and her rapper fiancé Kanye West landed the coveted cover spot for the April 2014 issue, which features a picture of Kim in a wedding dress with Kanye nuzzling her neck.

While it was a "dream come true" for a thrilled Kim, not everyone was so pleased, with plenty of Vogue fans and fashion followers expressing their disappointment in Anna Wintour's decision. Reasons included the fact Kim is a reality star rather than noted actress, musician or fashion model.

Even actress Sarah Michelle Gellar suggested she'd be cancelling her magazine subscription.

However, loyal sister Kourtney told Good Morning America on Monday (24 March) that she'd only heard compliments about the cover.

"I haven't seen any reaction. I've literally been unpacking," said Kourtney. "I don't hear about any news; I'm kind of the last to hear anything. I posted [the cover image] on my Instagram and saw amazing responses and stuff and I'm so happy or her."

She added: "I think it's beautiful."

Kourtney was on GMA to promote the sisters' latest venture, their clothing line for children, inspired by Kourtney's one-year-old daughter Penelope.

"When I was pregnant with her, I said to my sisters, 'Let's do a kids' clothing line, it would be so much fun.' Kim wasn't pregnant with North at that time. With this first collection I definitely took charge," she said.

"We have our design meetings all together and my sisters help approve everything but I really took charge, did the inspirations, really took what I dressed Penelope in as the inspiration."

It's available in the US at Babies R Us stores. The UK store told Reveal there are currently no plans to stock it over here.
