This year's acts, Damage, 3T, A1 and newly-formed group 5th Story will be joining forces with last year's stars, Blue, 911 and 5ive.
The groups will be hitting the road in October playing their chart-topping 90s hits across cities in the UK, where fans will get to experience the ultimate celebration of all things boy band!
Series one of The Big Reunion, which aired last year, starred some of the biggest pop groups of the 90s who were thrust back into the spotlight by reliving their dreams and revealing the highs and lows of being in the limelight.
The show followed the groups as they embarked on two UK and Ireland tours in May and December, performing to thousands of fans across arenas.
The second series of the ITV2 reality show returned to our screens in February with a new line-up of popstars. Currently in this series, the groups are in rehearsals preparing for their concert at Hammersmith's Eventim Apollo.
There's no word yet as to whether there will be a tour for the girls, but when a fan suggested a girl band tour this morning, the official Big Reunion Twitter account replied: "Great idea!" - fingers crossed!
The Big Reunion continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
