Justin Bieber has alluded to his recent legal troubles and desire to move on by telling fans: "You fall but you rise back up stronger."

Canadian singer Justin has been in the headlines more for his private life than music lately thanks to incidents including an arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence in Miami in January.

But it appears he's keen for fans to know he's turning it around, posting on Instagram earlier today: "I'm in the studio all day everyday for the ones who believe in me and support me. You fall but you rise back up stronger. Be great."

Proving that, he added a photo of himself in the recording studio.

Justin, 20, later tweeted: "Everyone is asking me why am I in the studio if I'm on a break. Because music is what I love to do. This isn't work. This is what I love."

Hopefully then we'll start hearing more about his professional life going forward than what he's up to in his spare timeā€¦

The 'Baby' crooner has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an invalid license following his arrest in Miami on 23 January.
