The Titanic actress was honoured for her successful film career at a ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (17 January).
Kate left her three-month-old baby son at home to attend the event, looking very chic in a plunging tight-fitting black dress.
Her star is the 2,520th on the Walk of Fame.
Kate was supported by her Titanic co-star Kathy Bates and Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley, both of whom made speeches about working with the British actress.
Since finding worldwide fame in Titanic back in 1997, mother-of-three Kate has gone on to be nominated for six Oscars, winning one for The Reader. She's also been nominated for ten Golden Globes and seven BAFTAs. Impressive, right?
Kate has been keeping a low profile since giving birth to son Bear on 7 December. He's her first child with third husband Ned Rocknroll.
She's also mum to daughter Mia, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton, and son Joe, from her marriage to Sam Mendes.
Kate can next be seen in Divergent, a science fiction movie based on the novel by Veronica Roth. It opens in the UK on 4 April.
