Taking to Twitter following the show, Sam told fans: "I'll be in next ep.. Had a poorly few days. better now ☺️ xx."

This comes following Sam's recent diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, which causes inflammation.

Reality star Sam fell ill during her stint in the CBB house in January and is now on a temporary liquid diet in an attempt to ease her symptoms.

Following her diagnosis, Sam appeared on ITV1's This Morning to discuss Crohn's Disease and told viewers that her family - including pregnant sister Billie Faiers - was worried sick.

"[My family] were really concerned and really upset," said Sam. "It's making me naturally want to be stronger and more positive about it."

Last night, Sam was feeling well enough to go out for the evening and even bumped into her former TOWIE co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh.

Lucy, who was famed in TOWIE for her on/off relationship with Mario Falcone, quit the show after the last series and no doubt had a lot to catch up on with Sam.

Sharing a photograph of them both on Twitter, Sam told her followers: "Me & @lucy_meck reunited."
