The 'Domino' singer has created her own workout for the Nike+ Training Club App which includes the 'Jessie Drop Squat', a regime mimicking how the songstress warms up before going on stage!
Of course Jessie stuns in the campaign pics, looking cool, calm and collected (despite her gruelling exercise regime...)
Jessie is seen rocking her platinum blonde crop with flawless skin and natural eye make-up.
She's also decked out in sports gear including monochrome patterned leggings and a black vest.
Speaking about her fitness routine, Jessie said: "It really makes me feel positive. It releases endorphins - and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out.
"You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you're like, 'Oh, I don't want to do it', and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive."
"Dedication is the first word that springs to mind because you really do have to allocate time to working out," she added.
"All you consist of in life is your body and I'm five-foot-nine of me. So I have to make sure that from my head to my toes, I'm doing the best I can to make my life long and healthy.
"I eat well, I try to get as much rest as I can, and I push myself on stage and in my cardio training."
The starlet also discussed her drive and determination, which has helped her to achieve her dreams.
"For me, it's a matter of choice," she explained. "When you wake up in the morning, you have a choice in life. You either procrastinate and you sit back and let your dreams go by, or you enjoy the life you've been given, use that as great energy and dedicate your time to what you want your life to be.
"I was brought up with that mindset and it's never left me. So I'm very grateful for that, it's the reason I try and enjoy everything I do."
Jessie's most recent venture is a collaboration with Robin Thicke on DJ Cassidy's new single, 'Calling All Hearts'.
Talking about her musical inspiration, the singer said: "Inspiration for me comes from everywhere.
"I try to exaggerate moments of life that provoke emotions, so I get inspiration from my family, my fans, from music, from food, from a feeling in my tummy. Everything. Everything's different, but everything to me is inspiration."
