Little Mix star alongside a host of famous faces from the world of showbiz including Spice Girl Melanie C, professional dancer and former Celebrity Big Brother star Louie Spence, presenter Nick Grimshaw and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips.
Meanwhile, making an appearance from the world of sport is Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton and Olympic silver medallist Louis Smith.
The fun video sees Leigh-Anne putting the London Wasps rugby team through their paces, and Jade ruining a spinning class, which is being led by Victoria!
Speaking about the video at the time of shooting last month, Jesy said: "It's been absolutely amazing, we've met some really cool people today. We feel so privileged that we've been able to have fun and make this amazing video and raise money at the same time."
'Word Up' is a cover of the 1986 smash hit by Cameo, and is available to pre-order now. it will be available to download from 16 March.
