Drew and Adam, who also co-starred in 90s movie The Wedding Singer, both appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to promote their new film, Blended.
The Hollywood actors are returning to the screen once more to play each other's love interest in the upcoming comedy.
It's familiar ground for Drew and Adam, who have reunited 10 years on since starring in 2004's romantic comedy 50 First Dates, as Blended is expected to hit cinemas later this year.
While appearing on Jimmy's chat show on Wednesday (26 February), the pair decided to perform a touching and very cute love song about their 10-year trend.
And Drew, who is expecting her second child with art dealer husband Will Kopelman, cradled her baby bump as she sang along on stage.
Wearing a pink printed blouse, Drew beamed as she sung her verse and she even declared Adam as her "best movie husband"!
Speaking to Jimmy about Adam, 39-year-old Drew said: "Every 10 years we get to fall in love again." Meanwhile, dad-of-two Adam agreed, saying: "We do. We enjoy it and we have a lot of fun together."
In December, Drew revealed the sex of her unborn baby, telling guests at the Beauty Inc. Awards in New York that she will be giving birth to another baby girl. Drew and Will are already proud parents to daughter Olive.
After announcing her pregnancy in November, Drew said she was "overjoyed" to find out she would be a parent for the second time.
"It always feels so surreal," she told People. "It's incredible. It's such a miracle."
