Former TOWIE star Mark revealed during an interview on ITV's This Morning on Tuesday (25 February) that he and actress fiancée Michelle had found a pad they loved and the paperwork had been started.
"We have virtually bought a house now," he said. "It's going through at the moment. It feels good. It's another step in life and exciting."
At the minute, Essex-born Mark is based in the south, while Michelle is up north because of her work commitments to Coronation Street. But, with Michelle's role in the soap ending soon, it's the perfect time for them to set up home together.
"We have to leave each other all the time [right now] and we do miss each other," said Mark. "It's depressing until we get back together. When she finally comes down for good I won't have to go through that again."
Mark said although they've never lived together in a shared house, it won't be a shock moving in together as they spend so much time with each other as it is, whether in his house or her home.
"We're probably away from each other two days a week [now] and the rest of the time we're living together," he explained. "Me at hers, her at mine. It's just not a shared house."
Mark didn't give any details on were the house is or what they're hoping to buy, although a report in December suggested they had their sights set on a six-bedroom, £2 million home in Essex.
No doubt they will throw a big party to celebrate when it's all finalised - something that Mark will surely plan thanks to his latest TV role in Party Wright Around The World.

The former reality star spent three months filming the ITV2 show last year, travelling around the globe to throw parties for different communities and people. In each location - which included Miami and the Outback - he had just one week to suss what sort of party was wanted and organise it.
He revealed today the most difficult challenge had been in Australia where he encountered a group who had "never heard of a bar or night club" and lived in a "tiny town a three-hour flight from other civilisation."
It debuts tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2.
Meanwhile, Mark kept relatively tight-lipped on his upcoming wedding to Michelle, which they've said will take place in summer 2015.
"Michelle will probably get most of the say on the wedding - it's her day - but when it comes to the party I've said I want the main input. I don't know if she'll let me!"
Mark and Michelle announced their engagement in September 2013.
