Millie Mackintosh has been busy dropping jaws as she swans around London Fashion Week, and now we know why.

The former Made In Chelsea star kick-started her week with the healthiest breakfast we've ever seen, before rounding off her Monday with a hot yoga session!

"Hot yoga was intense tonight.. 47 people! #sweatybetty #yogi," she Tweeted.

Millie also shared a snap of her breakfast on Monday morning, opting for spinach, avocado and coconut water.

She added: "Homemade chia seed porridge and green juice.. Worth waking up for!"

Millie's healthy day came just after she posed in a daring Julien Macdonald number for London Fashion Week.

Almost completely sheer at the sides, Millie's super slim figure was clear to see.

Millie is also just back from a romantic trip to Paris with her husband Professor Green, where the pair indulged in all that the romantic city had to offer.

Complaining of a hangover at one point, it's maybe no wonder that Millie has been keen to have a healthy start to her week.
