According to TMZ, the former Olympic athlete is thinking about pulling out of the popular programme and instead wants to focus on his relationships with his six children - away from the cameras.
"His kids have become a real priority - Bruce wants to cement the relationship with his sons that he never had when they were growing up," TMZ reports.
Although he has been a firm fixture in the lives of daughters Kendall and Kylie, Bruce hasn't been such a hands on father with his other four children, Brandon, Brody, Casey and Burt, from his previous two marriages.
Viewers have seen the 64-year-old begin to form close bonds with his sons again on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and he is now hoping to continue this off-screen.
This news comes several months after the surprising announcement that Bruce and wife Kris have separated.
Last October, the couple confirmed that they are happier living apart and Brody later revealed that his dad is "better than ever" following the split from Kris.
Currently residing at his beach house in Malibu, Bruce is distancing himself from the spotlight in Hollywood.
However, Kris has insisted that she and her ex-hubby are still "best friends" and that she has no intention of divorcing Bruce.
And although they are now leading different lives, Kris has also admitted that she has no plans to date anyone new.
