The former TOWIE star revealed to fans last night (9 February) that he would be going on the trek in South America to raise money for the ADHD Foundation.
He said: "Ok here it is my big announcement: I'm off to Trek MACHU PICCHU IN PERU FOR ADHD FOUNDATION & @sportrelief!!! Please sponsor me guys! This means a lot me! And I know we can all make a difference!"
On his sponsorship page, he added: "I am really excited to be taking part in this charity climb and so pleased to be raising awareness for the ADHD Foundation which does so much to help young people and their families living with ADHD."
Kirk, who will be joining a group of trekkers to scale the 15th Century Inca site, continued: "As someone who suffers from ADHD, I know first-hand how difficult it can be growing up with the illness and how challenging it can be at times for the families and friends of sufferers."
Kirk will embark on the trek from 2 - 11 March and is already preparing for his trail around the historical landscape, after asking fans on Twitter: "I'm gonna need some climbing boots!!! Any suggestions??"
With just under three weeks until the trek, the excitement seems to be building up for the reality star. Posting a photo of Machu Picchu last night, Kirk said: "I can't wait to trek this bad boy!"
