The TV presenter was very emotional after battling the freezing cold temperatures in Cumbria this morning (9 February) on her third day of the 'Davina - Beyond Breaking Point' challenge, which will see her having to cycle, swim and run over 500 miles from Edinburgh to London in just seven days.
Wearing a diving suit and a swimming cap, Davina bravely plunged herself into Lake Windermere and completed her one-mile swim in just over an hour, before having to swiftly be pulled out of the water by the Sport Relief team due to exhaustion.
Once back on dry land, the star still struggled to find the strength to stand up and was quickly wrapped in blankets and given a hot chocolate to help raise her core body temperature again.
She couldn't hold back her emotions once out of the water and admitted on Twitter that the experience had been "hairy".
Earlier this week, Davina also tweeted: "I'm in tatters... That's the hardest thing I've ever done. 50 mph winds... Freezing rain/hail .. It's biblical."
But she isn't done yet, as a 65 mile cycle to Accrington awaits her.
Davina's seven-day challenge will come to an end this Friday (14 February) and we can't sing her praises enough after seeing the tough conditions she has faced so far.
Recently, Davina presented Channel 4's latest reality TV show, The Jump, which saw a group of celebs take to the slopes and attempt to master various winter disciplines, including speed skating, bobsleigh and skeleton.
And although fitness fanatic Davina didn't try her hand at any of the tricky winter sports, she is certainly proving to have just as much guts as The Jump stars - if not more - by pushing herself 'Beyond Breaking Point' now.
What a soldier!
