She arrived at the gala screening with her husband Kieran Hayler, and her children Harvey, 11, Junior, eight, and Princess, six.
While Kieran and Katie's baby son Jett is too young to enjoy the film at only six months old, Katie made sure she treated her eldest three children to a fun day at the pictures.
Former glamour model Katie looked cosy in a silver and white woolly hat, with fluffy pompom on top, as she posed for pictures on the red carpet with her family - and even some life-sized Lego figures.
Meanwhile, Princess Tiaamii lived up to her name in a pink tutu, Harvey looked cosy in Uggs, and Junior looked the spitting image of his singer dad Peter Andre in a grey knit.
After the film, Katie shared her thoughts with her friends and fans when she tweeted: "Everything is awesome!! Lol everything is cool when your part of a team hahA! Enjoyed Lego movie with kids."
The gala screening, which took place at the Vue West End in London's Leicester Square, also saw comedian Bill Bailey, TV presenter Kate Garraway and reality TV star Nicola McLean on the red carpet.
The film is released on 14 February and features the voices of Jonah Hill, Morgan Freeman and Will Ferrell.
