Looking as handsome (and shirtless) as always, the Olympic diver was snapped mid-wave on board Allure of the Seas as he helped kick off Royal Caribbean's "Caribbean Cup".
Not a bad day's work, huh?!
Caribbean Cup is a new programme promoting the cruise line's new range of Caribbean sailings, and saw Tom and fellow athletes including gymnast Gabby Douglas trying their hand at different sports including surfing, rock climbing and dodgeball.
Unfortunately, no pictures of Tom playing dodgeball have surfaced just yet but we'll definitely be keeping our eyes peeled!
Watch Tom in action below:
The 19-year-old is mid-way through the second series of ITV show Splash!, where he serves as the celebrity coach and appears on the Saturday night live shows.
And his main focus, of course, is diving, with preparations already underway for that Rio Olympics bid in 2016. He recently switched his diving base from his home city of Plymouth to London, where he'll now train with a new coach, Jane Figueiredo, ahead of Rio. He won a bronze medal at London 2012.
"Diving is now my number-one focus and that's the thing that it always has been, and now I feel like I can just go and be with Jane and work towards getting a gold medal in Rio," he told BBC Sport. "It was sad to leave [Plymouth] but I'm 19 years old, I've finished my A-levels - most people would go to university but I've decided to spread my wings a little bit."
He's currently in Southend for the National Championships this weekend, where he's been joined by boyfriend Dustin Lance Black, who tweeted a picture of Tom in training earlier today.
