The reality TV star was spotted away from her hometown of Los Angeles and partying at PepsiCo's Super Bowl celebration in the Big Apple, joined on the blue carpet by 17-year-old pop singer Austin Mahone.
Going for a smart-casual look for the evening (29 January), Kylie wore skintight leather trousers, a loose-fitting black top and a pair of killer boots.
She also kept her make-up simple and fresh, adding a slick of her favourite black eyeliner to make her peepers pop, and left her short, dip-dyed hair slightly tousled.
The 16-year-old posed for photos alongside Austin before heading inside to watch him perform on stage for fellow guests at the Super Bowl celebration.
During the evening, Kylie also opened up on Twitter about how she copes with being in the spotlight.
While hosting a Q&A with her Twitter followers, one of the teenager's fans asked: "How do you ignore all the haters out there and continue to be so positive?" to which Kylie gave an honest and insightful answer.
She replied: "I have my breakdowns every once in a while like everyone else, but you just have to sit down and realise that the only opinions that truly matter are your friends and families and yours of course".
Despite being only 16 years old, the straight-talking brunette has been in the public eye for most of her life, featuring on her family's hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She and 18-year-old sister Kendall are now working hard to make a name for themselves in the industry, apart from their older siblings, and have taken up modelling, as well as designing their own range of clothing.
