19-year-old pop star Justin was taken into custody in Florida last week after a police officer saw two cars drag racing on a Miami Beach residential street.
He was released on bail later the same day.
But instead of keeping a low profile on social networks since his arrest, Justin has been regularly updating his fans on his post-bail activities, which include skateboarding and spray painting.
Yesterday (28 January), the teenager posted a video of himself performing a trick on a skateboard, while hanging out at what appears to be an indoor skatepark.
He also uploaded a video of himself skateboarding two days earlier.
Another hobby that the chart-topper has been enjoying following his arrest is spray painting, which he is known to have a particular interest in.
Justin is often seen posting photos of his artwork online and this week he decided to partake in some graffiti at the skatepark by spraying the word 'Trukfit' on a ramp.
'Trukfit' is the name of a clothing brand created by Justin's friend and rap superstar Lil Wayne.
It has now been revealed that the 'All That Matters' singer will be arraigned on Valentine's Day. That's when prosecutors will officially file their charges and his lawyers will enter a plea on his behalf. He is not required to attend the court date.
As well as being charged on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with an expired licence, the pop star is also being charged for resisting arrest without violence.
His manager Scooter Braun recently expressed support for the youngster by tweeting: "@justinbieber love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares."
Meanwhile, Justin is prepping the release of his next music video for the track 'Confident', which will premiere on VEVO later today (29 January).
