The 19-year-old singer broke his silence via Twitter, when he thanked his followers for "changing his life".
Justin was arrested on Thursday (January 23) on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired licence, and was released on bail later the same day.
The 'Baby' singer was taken into custody in Miami in the early hours of the morning after a police officer saw two cars drag racing on a Miami Beach residential street.
After Justin was released on bail, he seemed to compare himself to Michael Jackson when he posted a picture of himself alongside a photo of the late singer in a similar pose.
Alongside the black and white photo, he wrote the words: "What more can they say."
He then released his first statement since his arrest.
He wrote on Twitter (in capital letters): "YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS >> BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL> MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL."
The same night, he came out of his Miami rental flanked by bodyguards and faced the world when he got in a car appearing to leave Miami with lots of luggage.

Justin's recent behaviour has divided opinion amongst his fans. While most are standing by him and pledging their love on social media, others have expressed their concern.
One wrote: "I was so scared for you! are not you in jail? this va a warning and you learned a lesson! so please stop with all the stupid! I love you and will follow you all the way but please justin, stop with all that crap."
