Spencer got suited up in a striking blue jacket and bow tie last night (22 January) to attend the National Television Awards in London and at one point, he was even spotted eyeing up some of the women on the red carpet.
We're not surprised!
But the Chelsea lothario has insisted that he isn't the only one who has a bit of a reputation when it comes to the opposite sex.
In fact, Spencer claims that his best friend Jamie is just as bad at sticking to one woman at a time, which is ultimately why he and co-star Lucy Watson didn't work out.
"I thought [the break down of] Jamie and Lucy's relationship was entirely predictable," Spencer said yesterday. "I don't think my best buddy in crime was ready for it at all.
"Lucy is a very serious person. She's a lovely girl, but it's a very serious thing to be in a relationship with her and I think Jamie is still quite keen to play the field. He has been playing the field for a while, so I can't see him retiring from that."
And although Jamie put in a lot of effort to convince Lucy that he had truly fallen for her, Spencer was never so certain.
He added: "I think Jamie thought he loved Lucy. Whether that means he actually did love her, I'm not sure."
Jamie - who owns a confectionary company called Candy Kittens - was seen confessing his love for Lucy during a group trip to South Africa last year.
But things quickly fizzled out between the would-be couple when Jamie headed to Miami on a boys trip with Spencer and got a bit too friendly with some American females. Oops!
Meanwhile, Spencer was dealing with his own (numerous) relationship demons on the last series of Made In Chelsea and after ending his brief fling with Stephanie Pratt, he is now ready to meet someone new on the show.
"We start filming again this week... I'm very much hoping to see some new girls on this series," he said. "I think we've been recycling ex-girlfriends for a while now."
He then added: "I love the ladies, but they deserve the love."
Spencer also attempted to explain why he is perceived to have a 'bad boy reputation' on screen, saying: "That is just how it is. When you put people in certain positions where they are constantly having to deal with their ex-girlfriends or people they don't necessarily like, of course a different side to you is going to come out and mine just happens to be a bit bad I guess."
The confident ladies' man recently returned from a New Year's getaway to St Barts, where he was caught getting close to model Emma Miller.
But there is no romance blossoming between the pair... yet.
"Emma's a good friend of mine, I've known her for a while," Spencer said last night. "I think there's always been the potential for something to happen between us and there still is. We're just good friends and we'll see where that goes. But I don't kiss and tell."
Despite his wandering eye and his turbulent time with the ladies, the notorious Chelsea playboy is determined to settle down in the future.
"I would absolutely like to settle down one day, of course. I would like the house and the wife and the kids. I just don't think I'm ready for that now.
"I can't hold a relationship at the moment. I'd like to be more mature in that sense by the time [marriage] comes around."
We would hope so too!
