The gorgeous couple had walked the red carpet together at the O2 Arena in London earlier in the night to support Coronation Street, which had been nominated in several categories.
After the glitzy ceremony ended, they changed out of their evening wear to visit Libertine night club in the capital alongside Michelle's Corrie castmate Brooke Vincent and Mark's BFF James 'Arg' Argent.
It's no surprise Michelle once again looked incredible in a flirty little dress worn with black heels, bare legs and her favourite Own The Runway grey wool biker coat, £51.99, casually slung over her shoulders.
She never gets it wrong, does she?
Former TOWIE star Mark, meanwhile, switched his dapper suit for a more relaxed jeans and jacket look.
Michelle had been nominated at the NTAs in the 'Serial Drama Performance' category for her role as Tina in Corrie, but she lost out to co-star Julie Hesmondhalgh (Hayley), as she'd predicted she would.
She'd told Manchester Evening News: "Because I had no real experience before Corrie, I just think it's such a huge honour every time I'm nominated for an acting award, especially as I'm up against Julie and David Neilson for this one."
The brunette did take to the stage later in the night, however, when Coronation Street won the 'Serial Drama' award.
