The girls - Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson - are heading to Japan to perform two concerts in Tokyo and Osaka.
Posing in their cute pyjamas on the plane, Perrie and Leigh-Anne said: "On the plane all snug in our pj's! #Panda #Kawaii Japan here we come! Lerrie."
The girls returned home just days ago on 19 January after enjoying a short trip to Liberia to raise money for this year's Sport Relief campaign.
Then this morning, they made their way to BBC Radio 1 to premiere their new single, 'Word Up', which is a remake of Cameo's 1986 smash hit. The song will also serve as the official Sport Relief charity single this year.
Despite being in London for just one day, the girls are now off again on a plane to Japan - there's just no stopping them!
Little Mix's charity single is available for pre-order now and will be released on 17 March - we can't wait to see the video!
Speaking about their charity work, Jade said: "We are so happy to be part of Sport Relief and want to help raise as much cash as possible for some truly amazing causes."
