The girl group, consisting of SeSe Foster, Rielle Carrington and Jeanette Akua, were put together by Gary Barlow at the audition stages of the ITV talent show last year.
Jeanette addressed fans on Friday (17 January) with the news. She said: "Hi guys it's @JeanetteAkua. Just wanted 2 address all our fans properly. The rumours are true. 'Miss Dynamix' is no-longer together.
"We are 3 DIFFERENT girls with STRONG personalities and want different things in our careers and lives.
"We love and care for each other, we will always support each other as sisters do. We are so grateful for our fans and your unconditional support also to X Factor for the opportunity they gave us. All 3 of us shared something special, which we'll never forget."
Sese, who is pregnant with her second child, hinted that she didn't want the group to split but will now embark on a solo career.
She told fans on Twitter: "Hi guys, I should be saying Dynamizers. I love you all, I'm sorry we've split. I wish we could stay together however all has to agree. I had a lot of ideas for this year but I guess I'll have to mould these ideas for a solo act.
"So guys this year I'm doing SeSe... Loooooooooooove you always!"
Miss Dynamix made it through to week three of the live shows but were voted out of the competition after landing in the sing-off with Hannah Barrett.
Despite leaving, the girls had a fan in X Factor boss Simon Cowell, who said that they should have been saved by the judges.
At the time of their exit in October, Jeanette promised fans that they would stay together, explaining on Xtra Factor: "We have a connection beyond being in a competition. We're friends and we will definitely continue."
