The reality TV star stepped out in her hometown LA to support Game as he hosted The Robin Hood Project Celebrity Bowling Tournament, which was held to raise money for inner city youths, homeless individuals and families in need.
Taking her BFF Malika Haqq along for company too, Khloe looked smart and stylish in all black.
She kept her hair straight and added a pair of peep toe heels and a designer bag to complete her look.
Meanwhile, Game stood out in a pair of red trousers and couldn't stop smiling proudly as he posed for pictures with various guests at the charity event.
The rap star has been a close friend of Khloe's over the last year, particularly during her rocky patch with estranged husband Lamar Odom.
As her marriage to Lamar slowly came to an end in 2013, following reports of his infidelity and allegations of drug use, Khloe's friendship with Game briefly came under scrutiny.
The twosome were rumoured to be more than mates, since they had been seen hanging out frequently in the Los Angeles area.
However, Game was quick to dismiss the speculation and insisted that Khloe was more like "a sister" to him.
The 29-year-old Kardashian is no doubt grateful to have the support of her friends and family at the moment, as she filed for divorce from Lamar just before Christmas.
And although she is putting on a brave face, it seems her love life and soon-to-be ex-husband are still on her mind.
Before heading out with her pals at the weekend, Khloe posted some telling lyrics on her Instagram page from the song 'Say Something' by American duo A Great Big World.
It is thought that the lyrics are referring to her current heartache over Lamar, with lines from the track reading: "Say something, I'm giving up on you... You're the one that I love and I'm saying goodbye".
