The Girls Aloud star displayed her shock at the new tattoo design, which was inked by Nikko Hurtado, the same tattoo artist who designed Cheryl's large rose tattoo on her lower back and bum cheeks.
Cheryl, 30, took to Instagram to praise dedicated Norwegian fan Daniel for the design.
"WOW!! @d_brandmo @nikkohurtado I am speechless," she wrote. "This is unbelievable! I'm blown away. I am so happy to live on your arm @d_brandmo. I hope I bring you happiness and love. I'm so flattered!! #portraittattoo #onlyNikko."
'Call My Name' singer Cheryl also posted two photos of the portrait tattoo - and it's most definitely a work of art!
Cheryl's face and neck is drawn to perfection, and even her smoky eye make-up, cheekbones and the chains draped around her neck have been given attention to detail.
Of course, Cheryl is no stranger to tattoos herself and unveiled the full extent of her striking rose tattoo in August, which took a total of 15 hours to create.
Cheryl has even played the role of tattoo artist, and in October created her own "bespoke" design on Nikko.
